Faxed the refund form said 10-15 days to get refund back. Have not recieved it and I don't think I will after seeing all the other reviews. I was told since I didn't use the service because I kinda caught in time about them and their "acts", asked for a refund. They said yes that we would. It has been 16 days and nothing.
