High pressure sales person on a friday late afternoon. Gave him whatl thought was my credit card to get rid of him, only gave my debit card by mistake. Suppose to be cooling off period but install guys arrived early next am and proceeded to install. Before l had time to stop them. Salesman emptied my account before installtion putting me in the red. Besides that. This product was supposed to cool my house by 25%- (40% according to the salesperson) since then. My house is so hot that even in the winter months l have to run the air.
