Received a message from 415-829-5248 saying: "I'm attempting to serve notice on record to a (my name) in regard to case file number, XXXXXX naming you as a primary person of interest. This is your official notification of the process". The recording then went on to say if I wanted to voluntarily resolve this claim to call back. Told me to call 855-599-9500 and ask David Lewiston of GMG. I don't have any outstanding debts and my credit reports are clean (checked all 3). There is nothing suspicious on any of them and no recent attempts to obtain credit in my name.
