MR Sikiru promised the recovery and delivery of stolen lottery funds being held by the Nigerian government amounting to $64,000, 000. And supplied documents my Canadian bank believe fraud and hundreds of emails to support his position was both legal and in step with Canadian government expectations.

I have been told this was both normal and my recovery costs within reason. I also received a written delivery guarantee from Mr. Sikiru that guarantees both his and Arkesgo's decision to deliver the funds for deposit in Canada.

I would wish a full police investigation of my complaint be made
