Purchase defective used car from Falls Church Motors on 2/10. Steering column fell apart on 2/11, vehicle is "hurrican katrina"car
and was sold with illegal speedometer reading, improper car fax (2nd and 3rd page showing (2) prior accidents not given until victim put down 800 dollar down payment. Down payment return was refused even though it was less than 36 hour from date of purchase. Purchase was financed at 25% interest. Vehicle blue book 3000 dollars total cost 15,000 dollars. Victim spent more than 1500 dollars on repairs and vehicle still defective.
