I was supposted to get a heart sharped charm (with diamonds) and chain for doing a survury, and pay 9.99 for shiping. Two weeks later i get charged 98.00 on my credit card. When i contact the company, then to email there billing department to see if i could return it and get my money back. Bad thing is that it is not real (or should i say it is real JUNK.) i would just like my money back. Thanks
