I did not order this merchandise. When I saw the charge on my account I called the 888 number given she told me the merchandise was mailed out. She gave me a RMO # and told me to send it back. So on Jan 30 when it was when i got the package I wrote the RMO # on it and dropped it off at the post office. I called today because it was returned and they tell me now that I had to send it to another address:

So now my merchandise is in Mi and they tell me I can not get it back from there.

I would like to know what I need to do to get my refund. Thank You
