Yesterday I purchased a Merlin season 1-5 box set on this website and after the order went through, I was informed that I was to get a confirmation email that the payment was successful. I didn't get that email so I sent them a complaint, to their "24 hour " help email and I still have not gotten a response. I decided to look into the website after the fact and I found many people saying this site is not to be trusted. Please help me get my money back!
