I ordered a free trial sample of Vydox for what I believed and was told to be 4.99 for shipping. I never agreed to any further purchase of the product. I have since had two charges on my bank draft of 89.99 each. They are just going into my acct. And stealing the money. I still have both boxes of the product. One opened but never used, the other unopened. How do I retrieve my money. This is very disturbing for a company to just up and take money out of one's acct. Like they are doing.in no place of the terms and conditions did I see that this would be their procedure. They claimed product satisfaction with trial only. I also cannot find their information from the order as I believe they must also be able to filter your emails and either delete or withdraw any of the original information that was sent. Since I have not received anything besides charges to my acct. How can I recoup my money. And put a stop to this. I will contact my bank. Please confirm that this has been received and that someone is looking into. These people are thieves. Thank you, Rick Fillion
