I ordered from Solutions Catalogue in November.in both Dec 12 and Jan 13, I was billed by NTO Solutions Rewards Program for 14.95. I have called and cancelled. I am waiting to see if the cancellation takes. I am a careful online shopper and I never check these "rewards" boxes. So it appears it was something that was automatic unless you opted out. Be careful out there.
