2/7 I received an urgent call from a person whos stated they were from Frederal crimes commission named (JOE FERNANDEZ) Tel# 202-656-0317. This person said he was from Fed. Crimes Commission. He stated that a warrant was going to be issued because i committed a federal crime by borrowing money from payday loans online. I told him maybe I borrowed $2000.00 from payday loan companies. HE SAID I HAD TO PAY $8000.00 to resolve matter so I would't be arrested. He said, after coming back to the phone that the code lawyers said I could pay only $2300. I explained, i am disabled on soc sec. Joe? Said he would call me backin 15 min. He did, and said I could pay 300.00 2/7 and balance on monday 2/11 of $2000.00. I borrowed $150.00 and he was very specific about my getting a moneypack and to give, only him the 14 digit code. I told him I could try to borrow another $150.00 on Friday 2/8 and he said ok. And mon 2/11 bal of $2000.00 to be paid by moneypak. Son came over, saw me crying & advised me to call BBB.
