I got the prize letter also. I'm guessing these folks purchased a mail order list from a collection agency or some such. No doubt we recipients are targeted due to financial trouble.
These (Inappropriate Content Removed) were very careful to include Very Little Information, which made it almost believable. Thank goodness my husband is dubious by nature. I was ready to send the money 5 minutes after I opened the letter, but his wariness caused me to take the time to type Morgan Phelps etc in my search engine. $20 saved is self-respect earned.
