To Whom It May Concern,

On 27 Oct’12 I bought a ‘car camera (night Vision HD MD for $94 with P&P $9.95 = $103.95 – Transaction ID: 47H89343H5088831K.

I have problems with this deal. First I received the wrong camera, notified the company who requested I sent back the camera which cost me $20 postage.

Many correspondents later with the company in Hong Kong they finally sent me another camera this week which again is not the camera I ordered and paid for. They have sent me a cheaper camera without night vision.

I am becoming very frustrated and am seeking your help in resolving this issue.

I chose PayPal payment method in good faith, thinking this was a reasonably safe way for such transactions. Why is this company causing me so much grief and why can’t they get the order right?
