I purchased a washer and dryer from rent a center and they have this rac plus program that has extra benefits for their customers. You do pay extra for this. Anyways one of the benefits is you get while drawing unemployment you payments made i had to beg to get the paper work and filed many complaints with rent a center and have been a customer for over 10 yrs. Well finally i get a call saying they needed proof of unemployment and i sent that well then they come up with a bogus reason why they wont pay which was 5 and 1/2 months on the job well i had 2 jobs i feel as long as the state gives you unemployment then thats unemployed and i proofed that i feel this is a scam and rent a center is a rip off
