Ordered flowers on wed feb 13 for delivery that day. Later i ge an email stating that my order could not be delivered that day but could be delivered the next day. Ok not so bad. However, of course, the next day being feb 14, i get another email late that afternoon that my three orders were cancelled!!! Their florists ran out of flowers or something. Flowers are your business. What flower company runs out of flowers??? Dont be cheap, order more than enough flowers. So i call back for the third or fourth time, all while i am at work and have no time for this. Some foreign lady who could have cared less reluctantly listens to my issue and promises to get the flowers out the next day around 11am to accommodate my ill, elderly grandmother and all they could offer was 50% off. For an order that was late for valentines day!!! This tacky horrid company should have just eaten the costs. Anyway feb 15 rolls around, guess what no delivery. I called back. During work. And guess what, the rude moron rep did not even place the order, she left it cancelled!!! Out of spite i guess. This company is ridiculous! So i think i speak to two more jerks, one left me on hold for over 30 minutes. Again i am at work. Finally i speak to a supervisor, but really a joke of a human named michael who kept putting me on hold without advising so he wouldnt have to hear my rant. Bottom line he promised delivery by today, saturday feb 16,4 days after my order was placed and guess what, no flowers arrived. They are now closed. Please people dont give these loser scum of the earth low lifes the business. I always knew i was slumming with cheesy teleflora but sometimes i get desperate. Never again. You shouldnt either. Death to all things teleflora.
