Invalid product key unable to registe

I purchased 6 months of service from regtask.com to clean and speed up my pc. When i tried to enter the product key im told the product key is invalid. My credit card has been charged the $39.95. I tried to contact the company @support. Regtask.com for the correct product key, but i ended up here. How do to resolve this issue or get a refund? Date of incident: feb 8
