I purchased two pieces of jewelry. I was never sent an order confirmation email. When I emailed there costumer service I received no reply. Not even one in my junk/spam folder. One was descried and a purple birthstone. The birth stone I received was yellow and to top it of it wasn't a stone at all just a piece of plastic. The other was described as a sterling silver necklace which is also plastic.

Bad customer service!
Cheap knock off products!
