I gave CIG $5,000 for a down payment on a property then discovered alot of hidden fees in the contracts, upon requesting my money be refunded I was told I wuld have it within 15 buisness days, that was almost a year ago. I have submitted complaints with the attorney general of new york and the BBB of new york, CIG Lied to both agencies and sead that they would refund my money immediately, that was sevral mounths ago and I am still getting the runaround.
