I went into my pc to the optimizer pro screen. I authorized 1 program for the amount of 34.95 and said no thanks to the upgrade and it gave it to me anyway. I calle the number and talked to the tech support and they sent me to this web site. I then was charged 54.95 four times on my account. With no avail after speaking to the company 5 times and asking to remove the charges. Now I have to report this to my bank and dispute the charges. I am very upset with this company as they have caused me so many troubles. I simpley am just asking to refund the charges that were posted to my account. I only have 1 computer so why would I authorize a progranm 4 times. Would you please do what is ask of you?
