I am employed at a restaurant that is a convenience store/restaurant, I have been employed there for 2 years. I asked my boss a question pertaining to my schedule (which had remained the same for about a year). He asked me to come to the store and speak with him. I was unable to make it and text him and told him since he leaves every day before 2, he said to come the next day which was also my day off. I was unable to make this either and let him know, (for personal reasons). This made him very angry (I was told). Since this time he has changed my schedule from working 6a-2p to 2p-10p. Monday-Friday 40 plus hours to 24-32hours. Lied and said he was rotating the shifts. Looks very mean at me. I have worked there longer than anyone else except 1 person. Lets the manager pick on employees, has the managers 2 children working there and they do not do their job and its ok but writes others up. Lets them violate rules. Jobs are hard to come by, I have a family and cannot just quit my job, this is not fair and should be against the law! Please help in anyway possible. Thanks
