They will not answer the phone The phone # they provided is1-855-535-4237 in Fort Lauderdale FL 33304. Therefore the trip cannot be scheduled. I was told that I would be receiving a packet the size of a phone book and all I have received is a letter with no signature. The letter only states "The Management & Staff Consumer Services America.
