Charged $88.92 after cancelling a 14-day free trial

I ordered a 14-day free trial and had to pay $4.95 for shipping. I received the product 3 days later and cancelled the order that day, so I was within my 14-day free trial. I ordered on Jan. 11th and received it on Jan. 14th, and I cancelled any further orders. I received my bank statement only to find that they charged me $88.92, and they refuse to give it back. If I get charged again, I will contact the Better Business Bureau!
