I first received a call on my cell phone (I do not give this number out) from a "Mr. Shawn" at MegaMillion Company telling me I had won 5 million dollars (at least I think that's what he said, he was very hard to understand. English definately was not his first language). I also noticed his number was blocked on my phone. I told him I was not interested and hung up.in a few minutes I got a call from an unknown number. This was the same person asking my why I didn't want the money. When I told him he had to give me his name and number this is what he gave me: "Mr. John Toppa at 318-282-0727 with the MegaMillion Company". I told him I had to check it out and would call him back.in the last 30 minutes I have received 3 call from blocked and unknown numbers. He said he was in Monroe, LA so I called the Parish Sheriff's office and gave them this info but there is really nothing they can do.
