I ordered an otter box iPhone cover on November 14. The Blue Outlet charged my credit card, but never sent the cover. I emailed them on 12/9,12/22, and 1/16 regarding this. Each time I got the same auto reply email. They have refused to reverse charges on my credit card or send me my order.
