I got a phone call that could reduce my apr on my credit card. I have not seen my apr go down! They asked if they could do a credit report and still no reduction! I have not been able to get ahold of Key One Solutions since then. Nov. 2012 were almost $1000.00 from StubHub that I did not purchase on my credit card!
