In April I paid 5,280.00 to have the roof of my business resealed.in approximately October there were a few small leaks.included in the contract there was a 5 year guarantee on labor and materials. I have called the office number on at least five seperate occaisions, from Oct to Dec asking the receptionist to please have the owner Tony Johnson call me. I also called his cell phone once leaving him a message to call me. I have never recieved a responce. On my last phone call to his office I said I would be forced to report him and his business to the State of Connecticut if he did not respond, thus the reason for this complaint. I need your help on how to proceed from here.
