I ordered a Android tablet on Jan. 5 I have contacted them by email they responded that it takes up to 2 weeks to go through customs. I tried to track again yesterday still hasn't reached Usa. I emailed them again concerned but they didn't respond. After I have seen these complaints I should start procedures to get my money back.
