I have handed over my s2 which i purchased this dec for some issue (auto switch off) to samsung service center telenet service 25th jan. Telenet service informed me thay will call and tell me when to collect it. Forget the calling i would be glad if someone from that fucking company would pick my call Phn: 0804095278. I work in night shifts so i esp have to be awake to call these people during there office hours, who are least bothered to call a customer and update. I can't visit the office everyday and just waiting for my offs to go there. Why had they open a service centere with such attitude of customer care?!
