Molded Outdated apple pie

Hi, i went to Burger King today located at 1303 E Williams St, Apex, NC 27502
on my lunch hr around 12:30pm. And i order a number one with an applie pie, i ate one peice of the pie and noticed that it then had mold growing on the too and then I turned the applie pie around on the bottom and noticed it stated to use by mmonday's date. Today is jan 30. I cannot find my recept, at all. And now my stomach is beginning to hurt. Any suggestions?
