Stamps.com comes through every day for me - ebay inc

I have been using Stamps.com for about 18 months now. I got it so I would not have to go out in the elements for something as simple as mailing a letter, bill or package. I have an Ebay account and do sell small items, not hundreds of them but dozens of them, so I am forever saving money over the Ebay shipping methods, simple because Ebay doesn't provide a scale, and stamps.com did. I can be accurate with my outlay of cash for postage, no more saying, well, hmmm is this one ounce or two? Will three stamps cover it? I do not know if I am covering the nut I pay them but the convenience is well worth it! I even called them and said I could not afford to pay the lowest plan they offered, they found a "new" plan that saved me even more money over their advertised plans! Sure I am limited a bit in what I can do on their site, but still convenience and lowering costs are the greatest when shipping at home and therefore getting alot more done! Finally, I have used their customer service people twice for simple issues and they were great and knowledgeable and spoke english! I give them four out of five, because there is always room for improvement.
