Unlawful Use Of Photos and Information

I cancelled whatever membership I had YEARS ago. Today MY profile showed up as active within the last 3 weeks. WHAT??? My boyfriend's friend saw it and now my relationship is a horror. This has been the WORST day ever. I have had NO contact with that website in years! I discontinued my profile and that should have been it. But apparently not! I have already contacted the FCC about their practices, I will be contacting my lawyer. I want my name ERASED from ANY and ALL files associated with Match.com. After 1 year, their policies state that all information is deleted. Obviously this is not true! I want confirmation that this is done, I want a written apology that I have NOT been on Match in years so as to TRY to save my relationship and I want assurance that THIS will NEVER happen again. I am FURIOUS!!! That site has to be shut down!
