Food Code and Safety Violations

The Applebee's in Trussville, Al. Store #15, is very nasty in the backline area. There are drains that are stopped up due to old food. The drainage pipe is less than 5" from the actual drain.

Food that is dropped (fried foods, and the occasional burger) are the reapplied to the cooking device via fryer or griddle. I have witnessed both as I work there.

I am a Culinary graduate, working my way through college with an easy job, but the amount of violations going on there is a great need for a day of shut down and clean, or better management.

There is also an area by th backdoor, which contains no grip tape enabling someone to fall and possible become very injured.
