I entered into the free 10 day trial in december 12. The cream caused a red rash to appear all over my face and I elected to return the product and not continue using it. I tried to call, email, and had no luck at cancelling the order. I am not able to get through to anyone, it's extremely frustrating. Two charges of $69 have been placed on my credit card.
