The first week i started working for west coast ad efx went very well. The 2nd week i worked wasn't so good i only sold 12.

I came back for the 3rd week and i missed monday 11/22/04 due to i was very sick, and i didnt have the number to the company (west coast ad efx) so i called a co worker and told her i wasn't coming in today, she told dave that i was sick adn was not coming in. The next day i went back and arron crackower (owner of west coast ad efx) got down on me for not calling in when i was sick. As i told him i didnt have the office number thats why i called a co worker. Then he said started telling me that i'm not trying and i'm not out there doing my job cause my sales are down, i tryed to explane to him that its not me its just the people that i talk too. He didnt want to hear what i had to say he just wanted me to tell him what he wanted to hear.

Then he told me to take the rest of the week off and i told him i cant afford to do so. Then he said just leave my office. So i did so 5 min's past by and the i went back inside and told him that i quit and that i'll be back for my pay check. I was told to come back 11/24/04 to pick it up. When i got there they said that i had no pay check and that all the sales i did bounced or declined. So my pay check went toward to declind and bounced checks and cards.
