I called in tonight after reading all of your complaints. The caller name RJ picked up - I verified my info and proceeded to talk to him about getting a refund for the 84.70. I refuse to give in on his "deals" that he what he called them on giving me back my money. After 15 mins of it he gave me a RMA# and said I would only get my full refund back if I send the trial bottle back to their address in Aurora, Co. And after they recieve their product back will I get my refund AND it will take 3-5 business day. I will not only let it end here but also go back to the website I saw it on and also write a letter to that company for promoting companies like this one!
