Received the same letter. However, not having applied for a grant, I just read the letter and when I saw a fee was involved, decided to look up the site which brought me here. I just think that it is a shame that people take such advantage of others. The letter will go into the recycle bin along with the other junk mail. People, beware!!! If you didn't order it, don't pay for it!
