Poor service

On 1/3 I placed an order for gel memory foam cushion. When the cusion did not arrive I attempted to look up the tracking of my order. The order was not posted. I clled the company and the rep told me the product was out of stock and would be mailed out at the end of Jan. On Feb 4 I again attempted to look for the item online and again it was not posted. Called the company and was told the middle of Feb would be the mailing date when I told the rep this was ridicules he said he would cancel my. When I told him to send it he got nasty and said no he was going to cancel. The last time I ordered from this company I also had problems with their shipping dates the order at that time was for a graber. I wish Amazon would drop this company as a vendor.
