Non-stop robo calls

I am having the same issue as other folks. Repetitive calls every 5 minutes with dead air when I pick up. Extremely disruptive and annoying. Apparently this firm does not have a grip on their equipment. Makes me have big doubts about the rest of their business. When I call multiple phone numbers for them (for different regional centers) I can only get voice mail. Whether malicious or merely grossly Incompetent, this is way beyond the pale.
