I received a phone call from some guy who could barely speak English from 415-484-6151 Stating he was calling from the Federal Attorneys Office regarding a payday loan that was not paid back. He gave me a number to call and when I did it sounded like the same exact guy that called me. He was rude and bossy wouldn't let me talk or ask questions. He stated someone was coming to my house to arrest me and if I was not home they would come to my job. He wanted my attorneys information to forward papers to him. I did not give him any information. I told him what payday loans I do have (2) are being paid back and I have the proof of that. He told me "well I don't know what to tell you, they will come and arrest you. Its to late to pay it back now". I asked who his "client" was and he told me Cash Advance USA and when I asked for contact info he wouldn't give it.

Thank god I found this page while doing research and that all the info everyone else has posted is EXACTLY like mine. I swear I was going to have a heart attack and I'm still terrified by the thought of someone coming to my house Monday morning!
