I placed an order on Feb, 16 2012 for some parts, after sending many emails and receiving many excuses and false promeses and after requesting many times the parts or my money back without receiving niether of them. It has been nearly a year, I also sent Paypal my concerns but they only give you 45 days to make a complaint, my question to paypal was that how is it posible that paypal keeps making payments to these people knowing that are not delivering what they offer. (that's call stealing!)
