I ordered a controller for my son over a year and a half ago. We paid almost $100 for it; it worked for a month and then died. I tried contacting them over and over via phone and email and never heard back. I never filed anything with my bank and just chalked it up to a lesson learned. Today, a year and a half later; I am going through my January bank statement and lo and behold; there is an unauthorized charge from them for $33.57!! Needless to say this time I did call my bank and they are refunding me my money but I now need to cancel my credit card as the bank says they have my number and my attempt doing this again! Horrible experience. Do not trust this company!!!
