I just realized that pointshop had been taking £45 from my credit card each month since 28/03. It is a joint account and I didn't see it in my statement. My wife only noticed yesterday. I have never heard of this so called company pointshop. They have taken £405.50 from my account and refused to give a refund. I need help please.
