Was looking at buying some replica watches with some co-workers. The main issue when checking out was the site was asking for the issuing bank of the credit card.
My coworker tried two different cards before another tried his Visa. The checkout directed us to billingcheckout.com (also has complaints against it).
Seems like the whole point is to phish for credit card information. All cards tried were cancelled for safety's sake.
