Marco Gatto calls to collect on overdue bill; says we contracted for an online listing, has voice recording of employee agreeing to service. After back and forth plays me the recording, which he begins in the middle. I point out no where do I hear her agreement to the service. He says it was given in an earlier non-recorded version. I check with employee, who took notes at the time: she was told she needed to record responses in order to decline the service. I reported to the NY State Consumer Affairs bureau and CA dept of Consumer Affairs
