For Christmas I ordered some headphones from your site. EE872951268CN When they came the box was damaged, there was no packing inside. The Beats were just laying in a bare box with some of the small parts loose inside. There was no small plastic bag with the parts in it. I was very disappointed.
Now, the piece that holds them on the head broke. Now I just looked on the internet about the packaging of Beats and the ones that were delivered to me were nothing like that.
Now they will not respond to any of my emails.
