I ordered a iPhone case as a groupon. Their web site wouldn't download my photo, the cart would just come up empty. I filled out a complaint on there site with no response after a week, made a second complaint... No response. Left message twice on their customer service line... No response. Asked for a refund from groupon and solsketch. Surprise... No response.
