Bad commercial service

Since years I order dresses from the Hale Bob webshop and never had any problems. Dresses were delivered on time and payment was handled correctly. I had a customer login and could ask for delivery in Europe. Since a few months I was no longer able to pick my delivery address in Europe using my login. I contacted Hale Bob and it took weeks before I received a reply saying I have to create a new login for Europe. That is what I did. Hale Bob give often commercial discount and that makes it interesting to buy their dresses. Problem now is that these commercial discount do not apply for orders out of Europe. Since months I am trying to contact them to get a reply why this does not work for Europe. For me a webshop has no borders and why only give discounts to US customers. I find it very frustrating to get no reply at all. I am a customer since years and all of a sudden you are not important anymore for them. I will continue to try to get any response from them. This is not the way a client wants to be treated.
