Quentin and I have a contract for him to paint, install laminate flooring, and purchase and install quarter round for the flooring. The total price was $890. I gave a $700 deposit of which $165 was to cover the cost of the quarter round. As of today, January 31, I have not seen him or heard from him. I left several voice messages, text messages and emails. Still no response.
