Received letter stating I owed this unpaid debt. Called and was informed it was Yellow Pages - but after researching found out not MY Yellow Pages who I advertise with. Lisa Langford is rude, aggressive and very threatening. We have been in a constant argument over email with me stating that I filed complaints with BBB, State Attorney General and FTC. She told me BBB was the Complaint Department for Corporate America. They say they have a recorded authorization but after learning some things about these 2 companies - I called her out on it. She got more aggressive. They have incorrect mailing address (old) and incorrect ownership of company. I just want this to end.
