In Oct. 1/12 I ordered trial size anti-aging cream & paid $16.03.
I was unhappy with product & got a skin reaction, but I only paid $16.00 so wasn't too upset about it.
On Oct. 12/12 they charged my visa $73.87 & $90.47. I received a parcel from them, but sent it back unopened.
Nov. 11/12, they charged my visa $75.52 & $92.49. I received another parcel from them, and again I sent it back unopened.
Dec. 11/12 they charged my visa $74.22&$90.90.
I did not receive anything. I have emailed them, but so far they've only given me credit for $67.!!
Is there anything else I can do to get them to credit my visa? This was such a rip-off, my husband is so angry at me, I'm stressed out and can't sleep. Please help me.
